Job Description
As the ESaaS - SFDC - Commerce Configuration & Administration expert, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to the SFDC/CPQ platform, integrating solutions across functional lines globally. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, obtain necessary business approvals, and drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Translate business processes and requirements into SFDC/CPQ solutions, including systems integrations and ISV recommendations.
- Lead the transformation from legacy systems to the SFDC/CPQ solution, establishing a global CRM architecture.
- Ensure business approvals for change management processes are obtained.
- Work with developers to design, test, and validate extensions to application functionality.
- Lead escalation handling, taking ownership and proposing action plans for timely resolution.
- Monitor project milestones, communicate essential information, and coordinate actions with the project team.
- Review and contribute to team meetings and reports, ensuring open issues and action items are addressed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM and CPQ solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to team members on SFDC/CPQ-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics or Computer Science.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, particularly in Sales and Finance.
- Extensive experience with SalesForce CPQ is mandatory.
- Experience with Finance module is highly desirable.
- Prior experience with system integration (CRM-ERP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with BI tools and concepts is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
