The role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements and shaping effective business solutions. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering collaboration across various stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify integration opportunities.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
