Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer (SE) to join our team. As an SE, you will play a key role in developing and implementing software solutions for our projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in backend and frontend technologies, particularly .NET for backend d development and React JS for frontend development. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams is essential.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and prioritize software issues and bugs.
Design and execute test cases and Test Scopes to verify software product functionality and performance.
Increase the effectiveness and accuracy of testing procedures, and create and manage automated test scripts.
Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on testability and potential issues.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to development teams.
Good hands on experience in retesting and writing defects steps and providing relevant evidence.
Work with development teams to reproduce, debug, and resolve identified issues.
Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Keep up with the latest software testing and quality assurance developments, including industry best practices.
Attend the Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning and Retrospective Meetings.
Update and share Daily and Weekly status reports.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in software Testing, with hands-on expertise in Functional, Mobile and API Testing and at least 1 programming language (JavaScript).

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Test Engineer:

Primary Skills:

Manual Testing: Understanding different testing methodologies, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Automation Testing: Proficiency in using automation tools like Selenium, QTP, or Test Complete for scripting and executing automated tests. (Good To have)
Programming Skills: Hand-on with languages like JavaScript, JavaScript, or Python to write the test scripts. (Good To have)
Database/SQL: Ability to write and execute SQL queries to validate data and test databases.
API Testing: Knowledge of testing web services and APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI. Understanding of Swagger
Version Control: Understanding of tools like Bitbucket or Git to manage and track code versions.
Testing Tools: Ability to use tools like JIRA, Test Management tool- TestRail/Qmetry.

Qualifications:

BE/BSc or Equivalent
