Summary:

The Plant Simulation Engineer will develop and analyze discrete event simulation models to support manufacturing system design and optimization using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.

Technical Professional Skills

Develop Discrete Event Simulation models using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation
Model material flow, logistics, and production systems
Perform throughput, bottleneck, and scenario analysis
Validate models using production data and KPIs
Prepare simulation reports and technical documentation
Collaborate with leads and project teams

Required Experience & Skills:

2–5 years of hands-on experience in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
Basic SimTalk scripting.
Strong understanding of Discrete Event Simulation principles.
Basic manufacturing and material flow knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to manufacturing KPIs and digital factory concepts.
Awareness of MES/MOM or PLM systems.
