Job Description

Infor M3 – Finance Consultant

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 – Finance Consultant with strong functional expertise in Finance modules and proven experience in at least two end-to-end Infor M3 implementations. The consultant will be responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, and client engagement activities.

Manufacturing Industry Experience Is Highly Preferred.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 5+ years of experience in ERP Finance consulting
At least 2 full-cycle Infor M3 implementations
Strong knowledge of:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Costing & Budgeting
GST / Taxation processes – E-Invoicing integration
Bank Integration
Familiarity with Infor Deployment / Implementation Methodology
Strong business documentation and presentation skills
Good understanding of manufacturing business processes

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis
Analyse client business requirements and application objectives
Translate business needs into functional solutions within Infor M3
Identify gaps and propose system-based solutions
Solution Design & Configuration
Conduct business workshops and CRP sessions
Prepare Functional & Design Specifications
Configure system as per approved business requirements
Map client requirements to standard M3 functionalities
Testing & Validation
Prepare and review:
Functional Specifications
System Integration Test (SIT) cases
Regression test cases
Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ensure solution quality and compliance with methodology
Documentation & Reporting
Document requirements using structured and high-maturity processes
Maintain project documentation as per Infor standards
Develop reports aligned with business needs
Training & Support
Conduct end-user training sessions
Provide post-go-live support
Mentor junior consultants and support team members
