Job Description
Infor M3 – Finance Consultant
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Infor M3 – Finance Consultant with strong functional expertise in Finance modules and proven experience in at least
two end-to-end Infor M3 implementations. The consultant will be responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, and client engagement activities.
Manufacturing Industry Experience Is Highly Preferred.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ERP Finance consulting
- At least 2 full-cycle Infor M3 implementations
- Strong knowledge of:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Costing & Budgeting
- GST / Taxation processes – E-Invoicing integration
- Bank Integration
- Familiarity with Infor Deployment / Implementation Methodology
- Strong business documentation and presentation skills
- Good understanding of manufacturing business processes
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis
- Analyse client business requirements and application objectives
- Translate business needs into functional solutions within Infor M3
- Identify gaps and propose system-based solutions
- Solution Design & Configuration
- Conduct business workshops and CRP sessions
- Prepare Functional & Design Specifications
- Configure system as per approved business requirements
- Map client requirements to standard M3 functionalities
- Testing & Validation
- Prepare and review:
- Functional Specifications
- System Integration Test (SIT) cases
- Regression test cases
- Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure solution quality and compliance with methodology
- Documentation & Reporting
- Document requirements using structured and high-maturity processes
- Maintain project documentation as per Infor standards
- Develop reports aligned with business needs
- Training & Support
- Conduct end-user training sessions
- Provide post-go-live support
- Mentor junior consultants and support team members
