Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Linux Administrator to take ownership of our infrastructure in a fast-paced startup environment. This role requires hands-on expertise in Linux systems, cloud platforms, automation, and security. You will play a key role in building scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage scalable Linux-based infrastructure.
Own end-to-end system reliability, performance, and uptime.
Build and automate infrastructure using scripting and IaC tools.
Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and optimize costs.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
Ensure security best practices, patching, and compliance.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead incident response.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps workflows.
Drive infrastructure improvements and adopt new technologies.
Mentor junior engineers and define best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–10+ years of experience in Linux system administration.
Strong expertise in Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS).
Advanced scripting skills (Bash, Python).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system architecture.
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
