Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the software solutions meet the evolving demands of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.

Design, configure, and develop Genesys Cloud CX voice applications, including Architect call flows, IVRs, and voice bots.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and develop Genesys Cloud CX voice applications, including Architect call flows, IVRs, and voice bots.
Build and optimize Outbound Dialer strategies, campaigns, schedules, wrap-ups, retries, and rule sets.
Develop voice bot flows with call deflection, NLP integration, DTMF handling, and callback orchestration.
Build and maintain integration with third-party systems via REST APIs using Genesys Data Actions.
Use Terraform to manage infrastructure as code, enabling reliable and repeatable deployments.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines for flow deployments, data actions, configurations, and code promotion.
Utilize VS Code, Git, and version control best practices to manage Genesys Cloud resources and custom logic.
Collaborate closely with product owners, testers, architects, and support teams to ensure robust and maintainable solutions.
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
Implement best practices in coding and software design to ensure maintainability and scalability.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
