Overview

The InsightsAssociateAnalyst is a keyinsights partnerroletotheQFNA businesswhich is a larger part ofthe PFUSbrand and marketing teams. This rolesupportsthe understanding ofretail & consumer datatoidentifygrowth opportunities forthePepsiCoPFUSbusiness.

This role enables acceleration of thePepsiCo business growth bycontributing totheS&T teamwithin the Hub.The team is alsoresponsible forcreating/updating dashboards,deliveringperiodic and on-demand performancereviewsandaddressing ad-hoc requestsbased oninternal and external data sources.

Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities:

Execute againsttheteam charter fortheInsights&Reporting vertical

Be an indispensableinsightsbusiness partner tothePFUS Business Unit in terms of knowledge of categories and brands supported (knowingthebusiness cold), understand the key US market & consumer trends, masterfundamentalsof Circana IRI toolstobe able to execute trends to insights to actions
Execute market,portfolioand brand level reporting of marketing KPI performance (utilizingdashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools)
Leverage business performance explanationsin form of ad-hoc asks or strategic deck developmentfrom teams around thePFUS BUto incorporate considerations beyond data into reporting
Be proactive and find opportunities to explain business performance,driversand optimization opportunities
Monitor key channel, customer, competitor (incl. PL)and emerging player performance and execute reporting at required intervals

Process management

Supportcommunication processes withInsights &Reporting vertical leaders andBusiness Partners(project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)
HelpInsights &Reporting vertical leadershipdevelop and finetune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-pointsand bottlenecks management) both related to service delivery and internal center operations
Improve existing processes based on frequent end-userand Business Partnerfeedback loop

Hubstrategy delivery

Actasabusiness partner for insights, strategy &delivery point of contactfor all regular reporting& analysisneedsfor Business Partnersas aligned
Support simplification,standardizationand digitalization efforts (in cooperation with global and sector stakeholders)

Qualifications

Ajunior/mid-levelInsightorAnalytics professionalwith experience in aleadingresearch agency (Nielsen/IRI Circana)as clientservicingfront end role or in anyconsumer goods companypart of BU insightsfunctionwith 5years+ experience
Education:Mastersinmarketing or management,economics, mathematics
Potential to developleadership and influencing profile in line with Insights Leader of the future definition: Motivates action through fact-basedmaterial Hasa track recordofidentifyingand championing new processes for improving fact-based decision making. Can synthesize multiple, disparate data sources intokey reports. Formulates a strong POV and can articulate future scenarios Isa greatstoryteller.
Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others.Actively creates andparticipatesin opportunities to co-create solutions across markets will be willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working
Proven analytics, shopper research experience, consumer insights experience or commercial experience in a combination with strong analytical skills
High degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry data sources, includingNielsen/IRI(POS and HH panel),GlobalData, Kantar Worldpanel,etc.
Deep understanding ofCPG industry business performance outputs and causal measures, their relationships, and how to bring business performance insights to life visually
Experience withstrong MS Office mastery with strategic presentation and excel mastery isa must,PowerBIknowledgeis a plus
