Manage staffing strategies aligned with business demand and organizational structure
Support talent acquisition processes to ensure timely and quality hiring
Collaborate with business leaders to forecast and fulfill workforce requirements
Strengthen talent pipelines for critical roles within Leasing Advisory and Capital Markets

Learning, Development & Capability Building

Design and execute learning and development programs to enhance workforce capability
Support career development and succession planning initiatives
Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and development needs
