Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our Restaurant POS solutions. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales with restaurant owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and social platforms
Identify potential clients in the restaurant / FnB industry
Pitch and explain POS product features (billing, inventory, reporting, etc.)
Conduct product demos (online/offline)
Follow up with prospects regularly to convert into sales
Maintain CRM data (leads, follow-ups, conversions)
Build strong relationships with restaurant owners/managers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills:

Strong communication & convincing skills
Knowledge of cold calling and lead generation
Basic understanding of restaurant operations / POS systems
Good negotiation and closing skills
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in Business / Marketing / Hospitality (preferred)
Knowledge of FnB / SaaS / POS sales is an added advantage
