Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in New Delhi. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, manage customer service, coordinate staff training, and monitor budgeting. Responsibilities also include ensuring the quality of food service, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and handling inventory management. The role requires close collaboration with the catering team to ensure exceptional service delivery at various events.

Qualifications

Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to train staff effectively
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible hours and manage demanding schedules
Experience in the catering or hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred

Key Role:The F&B Manager oversees culinary teams and ensures operational excellence across the food and beverage experience for every event.Responsibilities:1.Lead menu planning with chefs, ensuring innovation and luxury in culinary presentation.2.Coordinate tasting sessions with clients and chefs.3. Manage food procurement, vendor quality, and inventory systems.4. Monitor kitchen operations, hygiene, food safety, and compliance with international standards.5. Train F&B staff in plating, service etiquette, and guest interaction.6. Collaborate with mixologists for premium beverage pairings.7.
