Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies
Drive workforce planning, organization design, and capability building initiatives
Partner in all talent management processes including succession planning and leadership development
Support end-to-end performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and critical role closures
Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve overall employee experience
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
Support business transformation and change management initiatives
Work closely with HR COEs (TA, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations)
Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, hiring effectiveness) to drive decisions

Key Requirements

5-12 years years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering
Experience in a GCC / multinational environment preferred
Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders (VP/Director level)
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive change
