Role Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. The role will focus on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management within a global, matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies
- Drive workforce planning, organization design, and capability building initiatives
- Partner in all talent management processes including succession planning and leadership development
- Support end-to-end performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and critical role closures
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve overall employee experience
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
- Support business transformation and change management initiatives
- Work closely with HR COEs (TA, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations)
- Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, hiring effectiveness) to drive decisions
Key Requirements
- 5-12 years years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering
- Experience in a GCC / multinational environment preferred
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders (VP/Director level)
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive change
