Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Financial Statements - Quarterly Financials as per SEBI LODR and Annual Financials.
Fixed Asset & Depreciation Management: Oversee asset capitalization, transfers, disposals, and depreciation calculations.
Audit Management: Manage quarterly audits, liaise with auditors, and prepare financial statements.
Compliance & SOP: Ensure adherence to IND AS and CARO compliance.
Capex & Payroll: Track Capex flows, prepare budgets, and supervise payroll & forex accounting.
Process Improvements: Contribute to financial process enhancements and maintain accurate records.

Qualification:

CA with 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing industry / auditing in Big 4 preferred or CA Fresher with auditing experience in Big 4.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
