Style Supply is an early-stage venture at the intersection of fashion, luxury, and technology, reimagining how women experience designer fashion in India. We are building a subscription-based platform for premium fashion.

We are in an early phase of this journey, and the people who join now will help define everything: the product, the brand, the catalogue, the culture, and the experience.

Role Description

A content-focused role where you will plan, create, and manage social media content across multiple platforms. You will focus on video editing, hooks, storytelling, and writing — working closely with the AI & Content Systems team and the Brand Design team to produce consistent, high-performing content. You are not just executing a calendar; you are helping define the voice and visual rhythm of a brand as it goes from zero to known. This will be a team-based role, with one to two other teammates in similar profiles. You will work directly with the founder and core team, and your work will be live, public, and visible from week one.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

Create and edit video content including reels, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes outputs
Focus on strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling to capture attention within the first few seconds
Work with raw footage and AI-generated assets to produce final content ready for publishing

Content Writing & Platform Adaptation

Write captions and copy with a strong sense of tone, clarity, and engagement
Adapt content and writing style based on platform requirements, including LinkedIn, X, and Instagram
Contribute to developing content narratives aligned with brand positioning and audience

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with the AI & Content Systems team to utilise generated assets, visuals, and video outputs effectively
Collaborate with the Brand Design team to ensure visual consistency across all content
Translate ideas into executable content across formats and platforms

Content Planning & Shoot Coordination

Plan content requirements in advance, including identifying the need for shoots, assets, and formats
Assist in organising and coordinating content shoots when required
Ensure content aligns with brand moments, launches, and timelines

Content Management & Organisation

Manage social media calendars and schedule content across platforms
Maintain project trackers for content planning, execution, and publishing
Ensure consistency, timelines, and output quality across all content pieces

Required Skills

Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
Basic understanding of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
Ability to write clear, engaging, and platform-specific captions with a strong sense of brand voice
Understanding of platform-specific content requirements, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
Familiarity with social media scheduling and planning tools (or willingness to learn)
Working knowledge of AI tools and workflows for content generation
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and storytelling for short-form content
Ability to manage multiple pieces of content across timelines

Who You Are

Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Communication Design, Media, Fashion Communication, or a related field
Strong skills in video editing, content creation, and writing
A real understanding of social media trends, hooks, and short-form content formats
Highly organised and comfortable managing calendars, trackers, and multiple content pieces in parallel
A strong eye for detail and a high standard for content quality
Proactive — able to take ownership of content from idea to execution

Hybrid role based in Mumbai with several in-person days per week
