Key Responsibilities

1-2 years of experience in recruiting for IT technical roles (Oracle ERP recruitment experience is a plus).
Assist in managing the end-to-end IT recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Utilize job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn to source and attract suitable IT candidates.
Draft and post job descriptions across job boards and social media platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand basic role requirements and support recruitment activities accordingly.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Keep candidates informed about their application status and interview feedback.
Support salary discussions and offer roll-out processes.
Assist in onboarding coordination and joining formalities like induction & documentation.
Plan and conduct employee engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Manage employee induction and structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Ensure HR policy adherence across the organization and assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources or related field).
1-2 years of experience as an IT recruiter or in a recruitment role.
Experience in conducting employee engagement activities and managing induction/onboarding processes.
Basic understanding of HR policies, compliance, and policy documentation.
Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment lifecycle.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Basic knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions.
