The Opportunity:

Project Analyst - NAT-PAS WKFA-CNS - PC - Workforce Advisory

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Employment Type: Full-time (12-month term, renewable based on performance)

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence:

Manage customer conversations for telecom products, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Handle customer queries, provide solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to enhance service quality.

Skills and Attributes

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have:

Qualification: Graduation in any field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 12 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international voice process.
