The Opportunity:

Project Analyst - NAT-PAS WKFA-CNS - PC - Workforce Advisory

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Employment Type: Full-time (12-month term, renewable based on performance)

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence:

• Manage customer conversations for telecom products, ensuring optimal service delivery.
• Handle customer queries, provide solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to enhance service quality.

Skills and Attributes

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have:

• Qualification: Graduation in any field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 12 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international voice process.
