Job Profile -

Designation: Brand Associate Intern

Fresh college pass-out students can apply. Candidates currently pursuing college may also apply, provided they are available full-time on weekdays and their studies do not impact work. (Only for people based in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai & MMRDA region only. Outside candidates strictly NO NEED TO APPLY). This is a 4-6 months Full-Time Internship. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time role at the end of the internship

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Schedule posts, stories, and campaigns using social media tools.

Monitor engagement, track analytics, and suggest improvements.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends.

Coordinate with clients for content approvals, updates, and campaign requirements.

Understand client briefs and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team.

Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance.

Support the account manager in day-to-day client servicing tasks.

Contribute fresh ideas for Reels and assist in shooting & editing short-form video content.

Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients as the primary point of

contact for inquiries, requests, and concerns.

Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs, objectives, and

feedback.

Work with agency leadership and clients on strategic positioning, brand planning, and

campaign execution.

Take ownership of all account outputs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while

maintaining a strong presence of mind.

Skills Required:

· Strong communication skills.

· Creative thinking and interest in social media trends and AI tools.

· Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

· Basic knowledge of digital assets concepts (SEO, reel editing tools, reel shoots, Meta ads, etc. is a plus).

Education: Graduation or Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing or a relevant field
