Responsibilities

Build and execute SEO strategy for organic lead generation
Rank high-intent keywords in IT services, AI, blockchain, healthcare domains
Optimize visibility for AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.)
Drive backlink authority and domain growth
Manage and mentor a team of 8–10 SEO specialists
Stay updated with latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and AI/LLM search developments, and proactively adjust SEO strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
Follow industry leaders, Google search guidelines, and SEO communities to ensure the team is aligned with best practices and emerging search trends.
Good written and verbal communication skills

Must have

Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, GA4).
Track and report keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and conversion metrics.
Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO-optimized content, blogs, landing pages, and service pages.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify keyword gaps, backlink opportunities, content strategies, and ranking improvements for IT services domains (AI, blockchain, healthcare, etc.).
Monitor competitor SEO activities and implement data-driven strategies to outperform competitors in organic search rankings and lead generation.
Prior leadership experience within the SEO or digital marketing domain is preferred
