Job Title: Business Development Manager

Salary: Negotiable based on experience + Incentives + Travel Allowance (Out-of-city)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

Represent Join In Campus and promote its services to education agents, counselors, and institutional partners
Drive student recruitment efforts to meet and exceed regional targets
Negotiate partnership terms and deliver training sessions to agents and their teams
Maintain consistent communication to ensure agent engagement and performance
Guide agents to enhance the quality and volume of student applications
Address client queries with professionalism and timely resolution
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
Conduct market research and implement effective recruitment strategies
Onboard and nurture relationships with new agents and partners
Lead and coordinate marketing events, seminars, and outreach campaigns
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the study abroad or overseas education industry
Proven track record in student counseling, recruitment, or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
In-depth knowledge of international education systems and university application processes
Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, business, or related field
Excellent presentation and organizational skills
Willingness to travel up to across regions
