Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager – Loyalty & AI Platforms who will lead the design, development, and scaling of next-generation loyalty, rewards, and engagement platforms powered by AI and advanced analytics.
The role requires strong expertise in loyalty program architecture, fintech integrations, merchant ecosystems, and AI-driven insights to build scalable solutions that help enterprises increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy, product innovation, and AI capabilities
to build industry-leading loyalty platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for loyalty platforms including B2C, B2B, and Partner Loyalty (PRM/ERM).
• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive gaps to build differentiated loyalty products.
• Drive development of AI-powered loyalty solutions including recommendation engines, predictive engagement, and dynamic rewards.
• Build scalable Pay with Points, Earn & Burn, Gamification, and Coalition Loyalty models.

Loyalty Platform Development
• Lead development of core loyalty capabilities such as:
o Points management engine
o Rewards catalogue
o Campaign management
o Tier & membership programs
o Cashback & vouchers
o Referral & gamification systems
o Partner & merchant integrations

• Design enterprise-grade loyalty architecture supporting:
o Real-time transactions
o Multi-tenant clients
o High-volume reward fulfillment
o API-based ecosystem integrations

AI-Driven Product Innovation
• Build and implement AI-powered capabilities, including:
1. Intelligent Reward Recommendation Engine
• AI suggesting rewards based on user behavior.

2. Predictive Loyalty Analytics
• Churn prediction
• Customer lifetime value forecasting
• Engagement prediction.

3. Dynamic Campaign Optimization
• AI automatically optimizing campaigns for better ROI.

4. Fraud Detection
• AI models to detect loyalty abuse, fake redemptions, or suspicious transactions.

5. Conversational Loyalty
• AI chatbots to assist users with points redemption, rewards discovery, and offers.

Data & Analytics
• Develop insight-driven dashboards for brands and business teams showing:
o Campaign ROI
o User engagement
o Redemption trends
o Partner performance
• Work closely with data science teams to build predictive models and automated
insights.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Work with enterprise clients, merchants, and internal business teams to gather product requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear PRDs and scalable product solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, data science, design, and sales teams.

Platform Growth & Monetization
• Identify new revenue streams such as:
o Reward marketplace monetization
o Merchant funded offers
o Pay with points integrations
o Subscription loyalty models
• Build scalable coalition loyalty ecosystems.

Required Skills
Product & Loyalty Expertise
• 5–10 years of experience in product management, loyalty platforms, fintech, or MarTech.
• Qualification - MBA / M-Tech / B-Tech
• Strong understanding of:
o Loyalty economics
o Rewards ecosystems
o Customer engagement platforms
o CRM/PRM/ERM systems

AI & Data Capability
• Understanding of:
o AI/ML-based recommendation systems
o Predictive analytics
o Customer segmentation models
o Generative AI use cases for marketing and engagement
• Experience working with data science and AI teams to build production products.

Technical Understanding
• API-based product architecture
• Cloud-based platforms

• Data pipelines and analytics tools
• Martech stack integration

Product Execution Skills
• Writing PRDs, BRDs, and user stories
• Agile product development
• Product experimentation (A/B testing)

Preferred Experience
• Experience building loyalty platforms, rewards marketplace, or fintech engagement products.
• Exposure to AI-driven personalization platforms.
• Experience working with large merchant ecosystems or enterprise clients.
