Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the fintech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
- Strong understanding of financial services and regulatory environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to inform product development and positioning.
Leadership:
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product organization.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
- Act as a liaison between executive leadership and product teams to communicate product vision and priorities.
Product Development:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Implement agile methodologies to enhance product development processes.
Customer Focus:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product enhancements.
- Champion user experience and ensure products meet customer needs and expectations.
Performance Metrics:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize product features and functionalities.
