Key Responsibilities:

Understand business processes and requirements.
Configure and demonstrate Oracle HCM products.
Write functional design documents and customize/personalize the system.
Perform testing, including regression testing, and support integration of processes.
Provide comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle to achieve client-expected business results.
Write preliminary level reports using OTBI and assist with release and regression testing.
