MBA-HR with 5 to 8 yrs experience in Global Accounting & Auditing firm/Outsourcing firm/Management Consulting firm/Top 10 global accounting firm.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Employee Relations

Act as the primary point of contact for employees for day-to-day HR-related matters.
Build strong and positive relationships with employees across all levels.
Listen to employee concerns, understand issues, and provide appropriate support or escalate matters to management when required.
Maintain a positive, professional, and employee-friendly work environment.
Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Support management in maintaining employee discipline and workplace standards.
Conduct regular interaction with employees to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee matters.

HR Operations

Manage day-to-day HR activities and employee lifecycle processes.
Handle joining formalities, employee documentation, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate attendance, leave, and other employee-related information.
Coordinate with payroll / finance team for monthly payroll inputs.
Prepare HR MIS and reports for management.
Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Recruitment Support

Employee Engagement

Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
Organize employee events, celebrations, team activities, festivals, and other internal initiatives.
Support initiatives to improve employee morale, motivation, and retention.
Conduct employee feedback and engagement activities.
Promote a positive organizational culture.

HR Policies & Processes

Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies.
Ensure employees understand and follow company policies.
Communicate HR policies and organizational updates effectively.
Identify areas where HR processes can be improved and recommend practical solutions.

Administration

Manage day-to-day office administration and facilities.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service providers.
Ensure the office is maintained in a clean, professional, and employee-friendly manner.
Manage office supplies, stationery, seating arrangements, and general administrative requirements.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, events, and other administrative requirements when required.
Maintain administrative records and vendor documentation.
Coordinate with building management / facility management for office-related matters.
Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.

Management Coordination

Work closely with senior management and department heads on HR and administrative matters.
Provide management with regular updates on employee-related issues and HR activities.
Support management in implementing organizational initiatives.
Assist in handling employee performance, disciplinary, and behavioural matters.
Maintain a professional balance between employee needs and business requirements.
