We're Hiring Customer Support Intern

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Intern to assist our support team in delivering excellent service to customers. The intern will gain hands-on experience in customer communication, issue resolution, and support operations while learning about customer relationship management.

Role & Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or social media.
Assist customers with product or service-related questions.
Escalate complex issues to senior support representatives when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Help create and update support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Gather customer feedback and report common issues or trends.
Support the team in day-to-day customer service operations.

What we are looking for :

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email and office tools.
Ability to remain patient, professional, and empathetic when handling customer concerns.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Sector 62 , Gurgaon.
