Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Data Collection & Review: Gathering daily or weekly timesheets from employees, ensuring all fields are completed, and verifying accuracy.
Approval Management: Reviewing and approving/rejecting submitted hours in systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Payroll Processing: Compiling, verifying, and entering time data into payroll systems/Quick books to calculate pay, including overtime and deductions.
Discrepancy Resolution: Investigating and correcting errors on timesheets, such as missing entries, inaccurate hours, or misallocated project codes.
Project Tracking: Monitoring time spent on specific tasks or client projects to aid in project cost analysis.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and auditing.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Excel, spreadsheets, or specialized HRIS/timesheet software (e.g., ADP, Quick books, Conrep).
Communication Skills: Interacting with employees and management regarding hours, schedules, and approvals.
Time Management: Meeting strict, regular deadlines for payroll submission
