About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and building strong candidate pipelines. You'll play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring the right talent to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, assess candidate suitability, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
Maintain candidate databases and pipelines for current and future openings.
Manage communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
Keep updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and recruitment tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portals (e.g., Foundit, Naukri, LinkedIn).
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.

Good to Have

Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or HRMS tools.
Internship or prior experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Basic knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.
