We develop autonomous satellite swarms and advance RF sensing technologies which transform faint electromagnetic emissions into real-time intelligence. Role Overview

ULOOK is scaling. We need someone who will shape the people function from the ground up. You will not inherit playbooks. You will write them. This is our first dedicated people hire, and you will have a direct line to the founders on every decision that shapes how this company grows. If you want a role where you run processes someone else designed, this is not it. We are looking for an associate who is capable of structured thought, autonomous execution and high agency.

What You Will Do

Recruitment & Sourcing: Actively source candidates on LinkedIn and other channels, maintain a pipeline, coordinate interviews, and help ensure we hire well. You will be closely involved in maintaining a high bar for every hire.
Employee Engagement: Help design and run engagement initiatives that keep the team motivated and supported.
Onboarding & Exits: Set up smooth onboarding and exit processes so nothing falls through the cracks.
Employer Branding: Represent ULOOK at hiring forums, campus events, and meetups. Be a credible and enthusiastic presence for the company in the talent platforms.
HR Operations: Handle offer letters, contracts, compliance documentation, and day-to-day people ops. Keep things organized and running cleanly.

Who You Are

2-4 years in HR, people operations, or talent acquisition, preferably at a startup or fast-paced environment.
Organized and detail-oriented, but comfortable figuring things out as you go.
A clear communicator who is confident interacting with technical candidates and leadership alike.
Curious about technology. You don't need a technical background, but genuine interest in what we build goes a long way.
Proactive. You don't wait to be told what needs doing.
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).

Preferred

Familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools.
Basic knowledge of Indian labor law and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity).
Interest in technology, aerospace, or deep-tech in general
Experience sourcing technical talent on LinkedIn.
