Position: HR Intern

Location: Remote

Type: Unpaid internship

Duration: 2 months

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and handling confidential information.

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing virtual events, surveys, and recognition programs.

Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation as needed.

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.

Enrolled in or recent graduate of a human resources, business administration, psychology, or related program (preferred but not required).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
