About the Company
Basket Hunt Private Limited, founded in April 2020, began as an e-commerce platform delivering essential products. Over time, we have expanded into AI, robotics, cloud computing, IT services, and web development.
We also run the School of Interns, a dedicated platform under Basket Hunt Academy, designed to guide students and fresh graduates in gaining real-world exposure, improving their professional skills, and preparing for industry opportunities through structured internship programs.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Human Resource Intern, you will:
• Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Support in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Help with onboarding new interns/employees.
• Conduct and document feedback sessions to improve HR processes.
• Contribute to employee engagement and team-building activities.
• Maintain HR records and assist with policy compliance.
• Collaborate with the HR team and management on day-to-day HR operations.
Skills Required
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement).
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Eligibility
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Pursuing an MBA in HR is a plus (not mandatory).
• Must have a laptop/PC with stable internet connection.
• Available for a 2-month remote internship.
