Job Title: Java Technical Trainer

Location: Chennai (Onsite)

Deliver high-quality classroom and virtual training sessions on Java technologies
Train freshers and lateral hires on core and advanced Java concepts
Design and update training materials, assignments, and assessments
Evaluate trainee performance and provide structured feedback
Mentor trainees on real-time project scenarios and coding best practices
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with business needs
Ensure high levels of engagement, completion rates, and learning outcomes
