Technical Trainer AWS

As a Technical Trainer at Digital Detect Technologies, you will be responsible for devising technical training programs, producing training schedules and classroom agendas, determining course content according to objectives, executing training sessions, workshops, etc. in groups or individually, keeping and reporting data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc., observing and evaluating results of training programs, determining the overall effectiveness of programs, and making improvements.

The candidate should have a graduate degree (BCA, B-tech CS, BSC IT, MCA, MSC IT, and M-tech CS would be preferred).

Requirements and skills:

(Must have AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate Certification and knowledge of python)

• Experience as a technical trainer.
• AWS knowledge (Solutions Architect Associate level) is a must.
• A basic understanding of networking, Linux, databases, and Python.
• Provide complete training courses to meet training needs.
• Comfortable speaking in front of crowds and have good communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills are excellent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
• Produce training schedules and classroom agendas.
• Determine course content according to objectives.
• Execute training sessions, workshops, etc. in groups or individually.
• Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
• Observe and evaluate the results of training programs.
• Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

Salary:

Up to 5 6.5 LPA (Based on skills and technical interview)
