Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design & development using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom app dev
Manage & optimise large-scale integrations across enterprise systems
Lead Service Portal custom widget development and UI framework enhancements
Own data migration, Transform Maps, and ACL-based secure data access solutions
Implement Restricted APIs and secure attachment transfer capabilities
Hands-on with ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
Mentor junior developers and enforce development standards
Support platform upgrades and ensure app compatibility
