Key Responsibilities:

New Product Development:
Lead the end-to-end RD lifecycle for LED TV products, from concept to commercialization, in alignment with customer requirements and market needs.
Innovation Technology Integration:
Identify and integrate emerging technologies and innovations into product design and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, performance, and user experience.
Market Intelligence:
Stay abreast of global LED TV trends, competitor benchmarks, and product launches to ensure our offerings remain ahead of the curve.
Support to Production:
Provide technical and design support to on-floor production teams to ensure seamless product rollouts and resolve any technical bottlenecks.
Manufacturing Process Optimization:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, reduce cycle time, and drive cost reductions without compromising on quality.
Customer Collaboration:
Work closely with clients/OEMs for new product co-development, product customizations, and technical presentations during pre-sales and development phases.
Product Testing Reliability:
Oversee product validation processes including reliability testing, quality benchmarking, and compliance with national/international standards.
Quality Cost Focus:
Drive initiatives to enhance product quality while simultaneously identifying cost-saving opportunities through design innovation, material substitution, or process improvements.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing RD team fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

years of experience in RD, preferably in LED TV, display technologies, or consumer electronics.
Proven track record of leading new product development and successful product launches in ODM/OEM environments.
Strong understanding of LED TV architecture, electronics, display modules, and system integration.
Expertise in reliability and environmental testing, design validation, and quality assurance.
Ability to interface effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience with cost analysis, BOM optimization, and design for manufacturability.
Strategic mindset with strong project management and leadership capabilities.
