Architect and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
Lead CMDB design, CSDM alignment, and data governance initiatives.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentor teams.
Design integrations and automation using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and best practices.
