We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing business strategies, driving sales growth, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Indian market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. MBA or

advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan sales, preferably in a senior or

managerial role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive

environment.

Strong understanding of financial products, lending practices, and regulatory

compliance.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.
