Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Leader in Outdoor Media Sales based in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing a dynamic portfolio of clients, and leading revenue generation efforts for outdoor media platforms. Additional duties include negotiating contracts, fostering strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and mentoring a high-performing sales team. Collaboration with internal teams to align with marketing and creative services will also be a priority.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in sales, client acquisition, and account management, preferably in the outdoor media or advertising industry
Proven leadership skills, with a record of mentoring and managing high-performing sales teams
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
Strategic thinking and business development expertise, with an ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
Knowledge of media buying, marketing campaigns, and outdoor advertising trends
Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools; familiarity with digital advertising platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
