Responsibilities:

Conducting internal audits to evaluate internal controls, financial processes, and compliance with company policies.

Reviewing vendor payments, expense claims, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy, authorization, and compliance.

Performing costing analysis and monitoring cost control mechanisms to support profitability and operational efficiency.

Preparing and analyzing budget vs. actual reports, identifying variances, and highlighting key financial insights.

Ensuring compliance with Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Reviewing accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial records to identify discrepancies and risk areas.

Recommending process improvements and strengthening internal control systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Coordinating with accounts, finance teams, and statutory/internal auditors during audits and reviews.

Requirement:

CA Qualified candidate with relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of Internal Audits, Costing and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Excel / ERP (SAP preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience in manufacturing or dairy industry accounting will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
