Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Accurately recording day-to-day business transactions (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, and Payments) in Tally Prime.
Bank Reconciliation (BRS): Regularly reconciling bank statements with Tally records to ensure accuracy.
Ledger Management: Maintaining and verifying Debtors and Creditors ledgers and following up on outstanding balances.
Inventory Tracking: Managing stock inward/outward entries and maintaining real-time inventory records.
Taxation Support: Assisting in basic GST invoicing, TDS entries, and ensuring tax compliance in all vouchers.
Documentation: Systematic filing and digital record-keeping of all financial documents and invoices
