Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager based in South Delhi. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, customer relationship management, and account retention. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, understanding customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand client accounts. You will also work closely with internal teams to meet business objectives and performance targets while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to successfully identify and convert potential opportunities
Experience in Customer Satisfaction and building strong client relationships
Skilled in Account Management to ensure retention and growth of existing accounts
Proven Sales expertise, with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
