You will drive best practices across the software development lifecycle, mentor junior engineers, and take ownership of building scalable and performant mobile applications.

You'll work in a collaborative, thought-provoking and positive environment — one that values diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interest of our global customers.

While deep hands-on experience with Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin is expected, we care most about hiring people who can master new technologies quickly and bring sound engineering judgment to the table.

Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex bugs
Champion testing best practices — write and maintain robust UI and Unit Tests to catch errors early
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and help raise the technical bar across the team
Contribute to technical decision-making, including tooling, architecture, and process improvements

Ideal Candidate

5+ years of Mobile development experience using Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter, with a track record of shipping production apps at scale
Strong foundation in computer science with deep competencies in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Design
Demonstrated expertise in mobile application architecture, with a strong portfolio of published apps on the App Store or Play Store
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives within a team
