Senior Software Engineer, Mobile Apps (Flutter)

Techtinium Technologies is looking for a talented senior engineer who is passionate about solving business problems through innovation and strong engineering practices. You will drive best practices across the software development lifecycle, mentor junior engineers, and take ownership of building scalable and performant mobile applications.

While deep hands-on experience with Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin is expected, we care most about hiring people who can master new technologies quickly and bring sound engineering judgment to the table.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build elegant, high-performance mobile applications using modern technologies
• Drive simple, scalable architecture and champion the use of reusable components across projects
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of new and existing UI components
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to design and develop front-end and back-end architecture that is well-structured, flexible, and scalable
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to support the entire application lifecycle
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex bugs
• Champion testing best practices — write and maintain robust UI and Unit Tests to catch errors early
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and help raise the technical bar across the team
• Contribute to technical decision-making, including tooling, architecture, and process improvements

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of Mobile development experience using Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter, with a track record of shipping production apps at scale
• Strong foundation in computer science with deep competencies in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Design
• Demonstrated expertise in mobile application architecture, with a strong portfolio of published apps on the App Store or Play Store
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives within a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of features end-to-end, and collaborate effectively across teams
