Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage payroll inputs and leave records, and coordinate training and development initiatives to build employee capabilities. The role includes supporting leadership with workforce planning, maintaining HR documentation and MIS, and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture. The individual will collaborate closely with management and department heads to ensure HR practices align with business goals.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and best practices in HR operations.
Experience in payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, and HR documentation/MIS.
Skills in training coordination, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency with HR software, MS Office tools, and basic data analysis for HR reporting.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior HR management experience in a commercial or industrial setting is preferred.
