Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Evaluation:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients physical, emotional, and cognitive ability.
Identify barriers to participation in daily activities and develop individualized treatment plans.

Treatment Planning:

Design and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving daily living skills (ADLs)
Set measurable goals in collaboration with patients and their families.

Therapeutic Intervention:

Provide hands-on therapy to enhance patients functional abilities.
Utilize adaptive equipment and techniques to facilitate independence.

Patient Education:

Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance daily functioning.
Provide resources and support for home modifications and assistive devices

Collaboration

Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and social workers.
Participate in case discussions and contribute to care planning.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Valid state license to practice as an occupational therapist.

• Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred.

Experience:

8 years of experience in clinical setting.

Occupational Therapist
