What You'll Be Doing

Contact warm inbound leads via phone, SMS, email, and social channels.
Qualify leads using our pre-defined scripts and criteria.
Build rapport and educate potential clients about Brelex Media's services and results.
Set and schedule high-quality appointments for our Business Development team.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up workflows.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide feedback and optimize lead quality.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or inside sales ideally in the coaching, consulting, or marketing space.
Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator who builds trust quickly.
Driven: Self-starter with a hunger to win and exceed targets.
Organized: Strong follow-up and time management skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, call software, and scheduling platforms.
Preferred: Background in working with coaches, consultants, or within the digital marketing industry.
