Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing

team. This role focuses on content creation, SEO, CRM Management and social media

management, helping us strengthen our brand presence and engage our audience through

impactful digital storytelling. It's an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain

hands-on experience across the digital marketing ecosystem in a fast-growing B2B SaaS

environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Executive at TalentRecruit, you'll play a key role in planning,

executing, and optimizing digital marketing activities across multiple channels.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Content & Social Media Marketing

Plan, write, and publish engaging content for blogs, social media, website pages, and emailers aligned with TalentRecruit's marketing goals
Build and manage monthly social media calendars featuring product updates, brand stories, and campaigns
Manage TalentRecruit's social handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook) ensuring regular posting, engagement, and community growth
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing, brand-consistent creatives and experiment with new content formats (e.g., carousels, reels, infographics)

Track performance metrics like impressions, engagement, and traffic to optimize content strategy and campaigns

SEO & Website Optimization

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify content gaps to improve search visibility
Optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content for on-page SEO meta tags, headers, interlinking, keyword placement, and readability
Work with tech and content teams to maintain technical SEO health (site speed, indexing, mobile optimization)
Monitor keyword rankings, traffic sources, and organic growth using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEMrush
Stay updated on SEO best practices, Google algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends

CRM & Marketing Automation

Manage and maintain the end-to-end CRM system (for both Marketing and Sales activities)
Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and workflow automation within the CRM
Coordinate with the Sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead generation and nurturing goals
Track and report marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), campaign conversions, and pipeline performance
Work with automation tools (email, WhatsApp, and in-platform engagement) to enhance lead engagement and nurturing

Analytics & Reporting

Measure and analyze digital performance across SEO, social media, email, and CRM channels
Prepare monthly reports highlighting insights, trends, and recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and outcomes
