About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team at Xtracut. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation websites and web tools. This role requires a proactive individual comfortable working collaboratively while also taking the initiative to lead new innovations and projects. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of professional experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proficiency in at least one server-side technology such as Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, or Ruby.
Strong understanding of web development best practices and responsive design.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize workload effectively, and prioritize responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovative web solutions and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Revise, edit, proofread, and optimize web content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators, and project managers to enhance the overall user experience of our platforms.
Own various design tasks involved in the web development lifecycle, from initial concept and wireframing to final deployment and maintenance.
Develop and implement responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices.
Integrate server-side technologies to build dynamic and interactive web applications.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into your work.
Assist in identifying areas for improvement within existing web platforms and propose innovative solutions.
