Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Lucknow. The Field Sales Executive's responsibilities will include generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to promote the company's loan products and services. Daily tasks involve conducting client meetings, explaining product features, and guiding clients through the loan process, from selecting suitable products to facilitating document submission. Additionally, this role requires maintaining sales records, meeting targets, and providing timely market feedback.

Qualifications

Proficiency in lead generation, client acquisition, and customer relationship management
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to conduct basic market analysis and meet sales targets
Familiarity with loans, mortgage processes, and relevant financial services
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines
Experience in banking, finance, or sales is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
